1. Still in the Plans tab click on the Emails tab.
  2. There are multiple automated email fields that, if you fill in with text, will automatically send out that response at the appropriate, appointed time.
  3. In these text fields, there are email tokens—a placeholder that will automatically change in the actual email to various data such as names, dates, prices, words, etc.
  4. Under each text field is an option titled Browse available tokens. Clicking on this will load the token browser, allowing you to easily scan through and find the token that fits your needs.
  5. Personalizing your automated customer emails has never been so customizable, or so easy!
